Golf Donation Program

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive from the local community, we have created a golf donation program that allows us to help as many groups as possible. Below you will find a copy of the letter that we would traditionally fax back to any group that requests a donation. In order to eliminate as much paper as possible, we have copied the letter here for your convenience.

Golf Donation Program

Thank you for contacting GreyStone Golf Club regarding a donation for your upcoming fundraiser. Because we receive such a high volume of requests from organizations like yourself and other non-profit groups, we are unable to provide outright donations to each of you.

We would like to offer the following partial donation program to help support your event. Pre-purchase two (2) green fees at the reduced rate of $50 each and in turn, we will donate 2 additional rounds and allow play any day of the week. That’s a value of $200 for just $100. We hope that this will aid you with your organizations fundraising efforts.

Please provide us with a flier or announcement of your event, and include your tax ID code. We cannot allow use of this offer without a receipt of charitable donation. This offer is not intended to be offered to the general public. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, you can mail your check for $100 and your donation request form to:
